Instructions
- Combine oleo and flour in saucepan.
- Add milk and cook until thick.
- Add cheese, salt, pepper, Ro-Tel, tuna and onion.
- Heat and stir until cheese melts.
- Serve over toast, rice or chips. Good served with English peas.
