Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can garbanzos, drained
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame tahini (ground, hulled sesame seed)
  • 1 minced garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Let stand several hours for flavors to permeate.
  3. Serve with pita bread.
