Ingredients

  • 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the saltine cracker crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, and butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Spread the room temperature ice cream over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the instant pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  7. Layer the pudding over the ice cream.
  8. Freeze until firm before serving.
