Ingredients

  • 1 pt. ice cream
  • 1 3-oz. package Jello
  • 1 cup fruit (drained well)
  • 1-1/4 cup liquid (fruit juice and water)

Instructions

  1. Heat the liquid (fruit juice and water) to a boil.
  2. Dissolve the Jello in the boiling liquid and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add spoonfuls of ice cream to the Jello mixture until all is incorporated and melted.
  4. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in the drained fruit.
  6. Mix well and chill until set.
