Icebox Coffee Cake

- Mix together yeast, 1/2 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup warm milk and let rise to top of cup.
- Beat eggs and add 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 cup warm milk.
- Combine with yeast mixture. Mix 4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt and butter to make like a pie crust.
- Combine to the other mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut dough into 4 or 5 parts.
- Roll out like pie crust. Spread with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts on it.
- Roll up like a jelly roll and cut half way through. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
