Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large sweet pepper, diced
  • 2 cans green chiles, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Pour into container with seal. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. Serve with baked corn chips.
  4. Great with Mexican food.
