Ingredients

  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 1 tea bag
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the tea bag in boiling water and let it remain for 6 minutes, then add 1/2 cup sugar and stir.
  2. Add the juice and rind of 1 lemon. Remove the rind after 7 or 8 minutes.
  3. Pour the tea over ice cubes in tall glasses and garnish with mint.
