- Beat eggs and water until creamy.
- Set aside.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add slowly to egg mixture.
- In skillet, heat 2 cups oil until hot.
- Drop batter mixture by spoonful into oil until brown.
- Roll in sugar.
