Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and water until creamy.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  4. Add slowly to egg mixture.
  5. In skillet, heat 2 cups oil until hot.
  6. Drop batter mixture by spoonful into oil until brown.
  7. Roll in sugar.
