A refreshing Indian punch cocktail with citrus, vanilla, and almond flavors, perfect for gatherings and warm evenings, served with ginger ale and ice for a bubbly finish.

Ingredients

  • juice of 4 lemons or 10 Tbsp. (1/2 cup) ReaLemon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 cup very strong tea
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large container.
  2. Keep the base refrigerated until ready to serve.
  3. Add an equal amount of ginger ale (about two 2-liter bottles) and lots of ice to the punch bowl before serving.
