Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes.
  2. Mix the peeled potatoes with red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, gram flour, and all purpose flour to form a dough.
  3. Shape the mixture into small packets or desired shapes.
  4. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
