Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix well all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 buttered baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°. Meal will rise in this and looks like cornbread.
