Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into logs 3-inches long by 1 1/2-inches thick.
  2. Wrap each log in bacon and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
