Ingredients

  • 16 oz. crushed pineapple
  • Graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 16 oz. can chunky pineapple

Instructions

  1. If desired, reserve a few chunks of pineapple and some Cool Whip for garnish.
  2. Drain the chunky pineapple and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple with juice and fold in the Cool Whip until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with reserved pineapple chunks and Cool Whip if desired before serving.
