Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes.
- Turn onto a wire rack until completely cooled.
- Dust with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite icing.
- Serves 10.
