Irish Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
  4. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
  5. Turn onto a wire rack until completely cooled.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite icing.
  7. Serves 10.
