Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) package spiral macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked, cut-up chicken, beef or pork
  • 1 cup cherry tomato halves
  • 1 cup broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped unpeeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on the package; drain.
  2. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  3. Mix cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve on salad greens if desired.
