Ingredients
Instructions
- Pierce brisket numerous times with a fork.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste.
- Place brisket, fat side up, in a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, A.1. steak sauce, lemon juice and Italian dressing to suit your taste.
- Pour over brisket.
- Seal foil and marinate overnight.
- Bake 3 to 6 hours, depending on size, in a 250° oven.
