Ingredients

  • 1 brisket
  • garlic salt
  • lemon pepper
  • barbecue sauce
  • A.1. steak sauce
  • lemon juice
  • Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Pierce brisket numerous times with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste.
  3. Place brisket, fat side up, in a baking pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, A.1. steak sauce, lemon juice and Italian dressing to suit your taste.
  5. Pour over brisket.
  6. Seal foil and marinate overnight.
  7. Bake 3 to 6 hours, depending on size, in a 250° oven.
