Ingredients

  • 1 arm roast
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the arm roast in a flat Pyrex pan.
  2. Season both sides of the roast with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  3. Cover the pan with foil and cook in a preheated oven for about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the roast.
  4. Pour brown water gravy and roast juices over the cooked roast.
  5. Mix, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
