Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • flavoring and coloring

Instructions

  1. Combine gelatin and cold water; stir and let stand at least 5 minutes until thick.
  2. Add boiling water to the mixture and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Mix in sugar, flavoring, and coloring as desired.
  4. Pour into molds or a dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
