Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry-banana jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 small carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in hot water.
  2. Add pineapple, strawberries and nuts.
  3. Pour 1/2 in mold and set in refrigerator to congeal.* (I use the Tupperware mold with removable center.)
  4. Spread sour cream on jello and add other half of jello.
  5. Congeal and serve.
