Jello Salad - Lime

Ingredients

  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 to 3 c. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, evaporated milk, mayonnaise and chopped nuts.
  2. Mix together with a spoon.
  3. Let harden (preferred overnight).
