Ingredients

  • 3.25 (3 1/2 ounce) packages beef jerky, any style
  • 2 ounces dried apricots
  • 2 ounces dried plums or 2 ounces prunes

Instructions

  1. Cut jerky strips into bite-sized pieces (1/2- to 1-inch).
  2. Put the pieces in a sandwich bag then add the dried fruit.
  3. Carry to work or school as traditional South African snack.
