Ingredients

  • boneless rump roast
  • meat tenderizer
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Use tenderizer according to directions on label.
  2. Mix salt, mustard, garlic salt and pepper and rub on roast.
  3. Mix the catsup, Worcestershire and wine; pour over roast.
  4. Can place roast in baking bag which is floured and pricked as directed, then pour catsup mixture over it.
  5. Roast at 325° until desired doneness.
