Basic Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. Oil of choice

Instructions

  1. Add in all ingredients to a shaker jar and shake very well just prior to use.
  2. Variations: Lemon Vinaigrette: substitute lemon juice for vinegar Garlic
  3. Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic to dressing Herb Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 Tbsp.
  4. of minced herbs Honey Vinaigrette: subsitute 1 tsp.
  5. of honey for the sugar Dijon Vinaigrette: add in 3 Tbsp.
  6. of additional Dijon mustard
