Jesse'S Corn Cheese Bread

Instructions
- Saute onion in butter (just until tender, do not brown).
- Mix together muffin mix, milk, corn, salt and Tabasco.
- Spread in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Top with a layer of onion and then a layer of sour cream.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
