Jesse'S Corn Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • dash of salt
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in butter (just until tender, do not brown).
  2. Mix together muffin mix, milk, corn, salt and Tabasco.
  3. Spread in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with a layer of onion and then a layer of sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
