Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Mix and pour into casserole dish.
  2. Top with butter and crushed corn flakes.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
