Jiffy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake *

Instructions
- Mix 1/2 box of your favorite yellow cake mix as directed.
- Then melt butter or margarine in an iron skillet frypan; dissolve and pour mixed batter over pineapple and sugar.
- Cook in oven at 325° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool a minute, run knife around side and turn onto large plate, so as to catch the juice from the bottom of the skillet.
