Instructions
- Peel and core apples and tomatoes. Cut in quarters.
- Measure the tomatoes and apples.
- Add the same number cups in sugar.
- Tie spices together in cheesecloth.
- Add spices and vinegar. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add raisins and simmer 30 minutes.
- Pack into hot clean jars and seal while hot.
