Ingredients

  • 1 c. Ortega diced green chilies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 medium can whole tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. canned tomato sauce (Del Monte)
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients together; add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with all your Mexican dishes.
