Ingredients

  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake in muffin tins at 350° for 20 minutes.
