Instructions
- Put coconut, pecans, and butter in baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and Eagle Brand Milk,
- add Cool Whip and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Pour into pie shells, add coconut, pecans and caramel to top.
- Put in freezer for 4 hours.
