Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Brown beef, pepper and onion.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. Add noodles to meat; add vegetables, undrained, to meat and noodles.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve like this, or sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
