Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Karo syrup (light)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar, Karo syrup, and water to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  2. Remove from heat and add food coloring and oil flavoring of your choice (1/2 to 1 teaspoon).
  3. Pour the hot mixture into small oiled muffin or cupcake pans.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each portion of the mixture.
  5. Allow the candies to cool completely before removing and serving.
