A versatile fruit syrup featuring sweet, vanilla-infused flavor, perfect for drizzling over desserts or breakfast dishes, suitable for all fruit lovers and casual cooks.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 banana or 1/2 c. other fruit
  • dash of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan or microwave container.
  2. Cook until it comes to a full boil and all sugar is dissolved.
  3. Put the desired fruit in a blender.
  4. Add the sugar mixture and blend well.
  5. Add vanilla to the banana syrup if using banana.
  6. Serve warm.
