- Break bread into small pieces and add pineapple. Beat eggs lightly and add to bread mixture. Stir in sugar and melted butter. Pour into a greased baking pan, 10 x 10-inch.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
