Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Light brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, add milk, vanilla and sugar.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add this to the mixture and add nuts. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
  4. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes.
