Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 13 cup dried cranberries or 13 cup blueberries
  • 12 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 14 cup prune, chopped
  • 14 cup psyllium, husk
  • 14 cup flax seed meal (ground flax seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup nut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine first ten ingredients and then stir in nut butter and honey or syrup.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Press into two glass pie plates (or a pan with that holds a similar amount) which have been coated with olive oil.
  4. Bake at 325 F for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Cut when cooled or crumble into granola.
