Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 to 2 cans chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Thaw chicken breasts and stab holes in each with a fork.
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with chicken broth.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, black pepper, cloves, or your preferred spices.
  4. Bake until chicken is cooked through, approximately 25-30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken during the last few minutes of baking until melted and bubbly.
