Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick. Cover well and cook about 15 minutes. Add salt.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Make a stiff dough. Drop flour by teaspoon into potatoes. Cover and cook.
  4. Pour into colander and drain.
  5. Put into dish and cover with sauce.
