Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the corn meal in cold water and bring the water to boil. Stir continuously.
  2. Cook it for about 5 minutes and add the salt, butter, paprika and chili powder. Cook it for another 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
  3. Serve in plates and crumble the feta cheese on top of it. It is best to have it warm.
