Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 2 pkg. dark chocolate instant pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake the dark chocolate cake mix according to package directions and allow it to cool.
  2. Break the cooled cake into small pieces and place them in a deep bowl.
  3. Pour Kahlua over the cake pieces and let soak overnight.
  4. Prepare the dark chocolate instant pudding according to package instructions.
  5. Place a layer of cake pieces in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
  6. Add a layer of prepared pudding over the cake.
  7. Follow with a layer of Cool Whip.
  8. Repeat the layers about three times, ending with a layer of Cool Whip.
  9. Top with grated Heath or Skor candy bars.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
