Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 12 lb ground pork
  • 8 large potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and remove outer skin from onions.
  2. Set Aside.
  3. In a large bowl mix well together the ground.
  4. beef and pork and set aside.

  7. Add salt and pepper to meat.

  9. according to their taste.
  10. Shred fine the potatoes and onion, mix in well with beef and pork.
  11. preheat oven 350 degrees.
  12. put mixture in a 9 X 11 pan and place in oven for 45 minutes.
  13. Then turn Kahucktus over in the pan and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
  14. Spatulas work well for flipping.
