Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted and ground
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  2. Dip each piece of meat in the sauce and layer in a flat dish or pan.
  3. Pour more marinade on top.
  4. Marinate 4 hours before grilling over coals or broiling.
