A savory overnight brunch casserole featuring bread, crispy bacon, creamy Velveeta cheese, and eggs, perfect for weekend gatherings or holiday mornings.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and break bread slices into it.
  2. Crumble cooked bacon over the bread in the pan.
  3. Place Velveeta cheese chunks on top of the bread and bacon.
  4. Beat eggs, milk, and salt together and pour over the bread mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
