  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 2 c. onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt Crisco in a skillet.
  2. Saute onions until tender.
  3. Add green beans, vinegar, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and is hot.
