Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (qt. size)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onion.
  2. Mix in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and Ragu spaghetti sauce.
  3. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Add Ricotta cheese.
  5. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Layer noodles and sauce mixture in lasagna dish.
  6. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  8. Serves 8.
