Ingredients

  • 1 small package Jell-O gelatin (your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake according to the directions on the package and bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
  2. Cool the cake for 15 minutes in the pan.
  3. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a rack.
  4. Wash and dry the cake pan.
  5. Return the cooled cake to the pan, placing the top side up.
  6. Pierce the cake with a large fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
