Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and beat.
- Add almonds and mix well.
- Add flour and mix well. Roll dough into little balls the size of first finger.
- Form into a crescent shape.
- Lay on ungreased baking sheet so they do not touch.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
- These cookies will be white so do not bake any longer.
- While cookies are still warm, roll into powdered sugar.
