Ingredients

  • 5 lb. shrimp
  • 2 bottles Momoya kimchee base
  • 1/2 block butter
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Devein and shell the shrimp.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup water, 1/2 block butter, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a pan.
  3. Add the shrimp; cook until they turn orange.
  4. Place cooked shrimp in a colander and rinse with cool water.
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes to drain excess water.
  6. Put the shrimp in a large bowl and pour kimchee base over them.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
