Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white
  • brown)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Mrs. Dash Spicy Seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all indredients and mix tpgether with hands.
  2. Put into a loaf pan, cover with foil and bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove foil, drain fat and bake for 15 more minutes.
  4. Prepare onion gravy according to package directions and pour over slices before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
