Ingredients

  • 1 oz. ground ginger
  • 1/2 oz. black pepper
  • 1/2 oz. cinnamon
  • 1/2 oz. nutmeg
  • 1/2 oz. allspice
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 6 oz. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Keep the mixture in a tightly corked bottle or a bottle with a screw top that has holes to shake out the pepper.
